Due to several requests, our partner ITIM Focus and FeedbackDialog will introduce a new training concept in the coming year 2012 – for the Hofstede Model certification trainings. Instead of having certification trainings consisting of only two days, which sometimes is too little and in other cases too much, we have come-up with a new training concept of four days. The first day is reserved for the theory behind the Hofstede Model. Interested people have now the possibility to join only for the first day and become a certified lecturer.
The Hofstede Model certification trainings have always drawn much attention and much interest. Although some interested persons would have wanted to only get deeper knowledge of the model and the theory behind it. They didn’t want to become certified consultants.
In order to meet that need, we will introduce a new training concept in 2012. The training will be longer than today in order to train certified consultants more thoroughly and to offer people interested in the model’s theory one day participation. Persons who are interested in the theory of the Hofstede Model and have no intention in becoming a certified consultant, have now the possibility to only join the training the first day. They will receive a deep knowledge into Geert Hofstede’s research and into Hofstede Model’s concept of organizational culture.
Certified lecturer
Everyone who attends the first training day will become a certified lecturer. That certification entitles to lecture the Hofstede Model’s concept on organizational culture for example at schools, at seminars or even in management meetings of the own company.
Furthermore the certified lecturer concept offers the possibility to get a whiff of the Model to any consultant which is not sure about becoming a certified Hofstede consultant yet.
